Maqolada bo‘lajak pedagoglarni tayyorlash jarayonida STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) yondashuvining ahamiyati, pedagogik kompetensiyalarni shakllantirish va innovatsion metodlarni qo‘llash imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. STEAM yondashuvi orqali talabalar ijodiy fikrlash, muammolarni hal qilish va amaliy ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantiradi. Tadqiqot natijalari STEAM ta’limi bo‘lajak pedagoglarni zamonaviy ta’lim muhitiga tayyorlashda samarali ekanini ko‘rsatadi.
