This article analyzes the importance of IT circles in the mahalla, effective ways to attract young people to programming, and the role of modern information technologies in the lives of young people. It also covers the issues of forming an IT environment at the mahalla level, meaningful organization of young people's free time, and directing them to future professions. The article considers innovative methods of attracting young people to programming, including interactive education, a project approach, and incentive systems. In addition, the importance of cooperation between the mahalla, school, and family is considered, as well as measures aimed at attracting young people to the IT sector at the state policy level. At the end of the article, practical suggestions and recommendations are given for the development of IT circles in mahallas.
