Sobirova M.R.,Ziyayeva E.R.,Kholiyorova M.S. , Tashkent State Medical University, Andizhan State Medical InstituteAbstract
This article provides an in-depth analysis of the functional characteristics of utero-placental blood flow in pregnancies complicated by macrosomia. Changes in uteroplacental hemodynamics, uterine artery blood flow, resistance index, pulsatility index, circulating blood volume, and peripheral perfusion parameters were evaluated. According to the research results, uterine blood flow significantly increases, vascular resistance decreases, and perfusion intensifies under conditions of macrosomia. A moderate positive correlation was identified between circulating blood volume and fetal weight. The data obtained indicate that hemodynamic factors play a significant role in the pathogenesis of macrosomia. Early assessment of uteroplacental blood circulation holds clinical importance in predicting the risk of macrosomia.
