THE ROLE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN MODERN SOCIETY

Abstract

 This article examines the pivotal role of digital technologies in the contemporary globalized world, focusing on their socio-economic impact and application across various spheres of human activity. The research highlights the transformative benefits of digitalization in education, healthcare, public administration, and the national economy. Furthermore, the concept of "digital culture" is explored as an essential component of modern social interaction. The study concludes that the integration of digital tools is a fundamental driver for sustainable development and national progress in Uzbekistan.
