This study examines innovative pedagogical approaches to improving lesson effectiveness through music activities in general secondary schools. The research is conducted within the framework of Uzbekistan’s national development priorities, particularly the Action Strategy for the Five Priority Areas of Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2017–2021) and the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan (2022–2026). The study highlights the role of music education in enhancing students’ cognitive, emotional, and social development. Modern teaching methods, including interactive learning, digital technologies, and project-based approaches, are analyzed as effective tools for increasing student engagement and learning outcomes. The findings indicate that integrating music activities into the educational process contributes to improved academic performance and the development of cultural awareness. The study concludes that innovative music pedagogy is essential for improving education quality and supporting holistic student development.
