The article examines the development of adaptive intelligence in learners, which ensures the successful integration of the individual into the educational environment through the ability to interact effectively, respond flexibly to changes, and learn productively. In the educational environment, this is an active process, where the learner does not merely adapt but engages in managing emotions, social skills, and cognitive flexibility, serving as an integral factor in reducing conflicts and achieving successful adaptation.
