This article discusses the development of a new generation of artificial intelligence (AI)-based software aimed at improving the effectiveness of teaching the Uzbek language in pedagogical higher education institutions. The study analyzes the possibilities of adaptive learning, individualized instruction, automatic assessment of language competencies, and the digitalization of didactic processes. Furthermore, the pedagogical significance of AI models developed with consideration of the national and linguistic characteristics of the Uzbek language is substantiated.
