Abstract

This article analyzes the organizational and legal foundations for the effective use of innovative factors to improve the population's living standards. It examines the necessity of introducing innovations under conditions of economic and social change and their impact on enhancing the quality of life. The study also highlights the importance of governmental mechanisms to support innovations and explores successful global practices in this regard.
