MODERN TEACHING METHODS IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES

Abstract

This article examines the role and significance of modern teaching methods used in physical education classes. Particular attention is paid to their impact on the development of students’ physical fitness, independent thinking skills, and attitudes toward a healthy lifestyle. The effectiveness of using innovative pedagogical approaches, interactive methods, and information and communication technologies is also analyzed.
