| Open Access | DIGITAL PROJECTS ON PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP AND ITS EFFECT ON OUTPUT.

These article include itself the benefits of the public-private partnerships and anything of using digital programs for PPP. We took into consideration not just digital projects on PPP, we tried to learn, analyses and make good solutions on sphere Healthcare, SDG, and in education system. All decision made by learning many countries experience for using in Uzbekistan. Some projects may not useful for Uzbekistan and we tried to make more suitable for the country. The research identifies key success factors, including clear contractual frameworks, risk-sharing mechanisms, regulatory support, and stakeholder alignment, as well as challenges such as coordination complexities, governance issues, and limited institutional capacity.
