STRESS MANAGEMENT THROUGH MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES AND APPLICATIONS: PRACTICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL OPPORTUNITIES

Abstract

This article examines the practical and psychological opportunities of mobile technologies and applications in stress management. In recent years, the rapid development of digital technologies has significantly influenced psychological support systems and mental health services. Mobile applications designed for stress reduction, emotional regulation, meditation, breathing exercises, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness have become widely accessible tools for individuals worldwide. The article analyzes scientific studies related to mobile mental health technologies, evaluates their effectiveness in reducing anxiety and stress symptoms, and discusses their advantages and limitations in psychological practice. Research findings indicate that mobile technologies can positively contribute to emotional well-being, self-regulation, and mental resilience when integrated appropriately into daily life and therapeutic interventions. The article also explores ethical, social, and methodological issues associated with the use of digital psychological tools.
