This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of developing hard skills that play a significant role in the professional formation of future psychologists within the context of psychological counseling. The study reveals the mechanisms for developing diagnostic, communicative, analytical, and reflective skills based on the structural components of counseling activity. By synthesizing the scientific perspectives of foreign and local scholars, scientifically grounded recommendations for improving practical training have been developed.
