Abstract

 is article discusses the theoretical and practical foundations of harmonizing national and universal values in the process of education and upbringing. The urgent aspects of modernizing educational activities and their role in ensuring the spiritual and moral development of the younger generation are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to preserving national identity in the context of globalization and developing such qualities as humanism, tolerance, and patriotism.
