Xurmatov Yo‘ldashali Ergashaliyevich , QXFFD [PhD]Abstract
Grapes have valuable medicinal, taste and nutritional properties. One way to use grapes for food is to produce dried products. Dried grapes have high taste, nutritional properties and high calorie content (3200 kcal/kg or 13.4 kJ/kg). It improves nutritional processes in the human body, strengthens the nervous system, quickly restores strength and activates mental activity.
