NEUROPEDAGOGY AND HORMONAL STATUS IN ADOLESCENTS

SHADIYEVA SHODIYA SHUXRATOVNA , Asia International University

Abstract

The article discusses modern concepts regarding the relationship between neuropedagogy and hormonal status in adolescents. Particular attention is paid to the physiological characteristics of the nervous and endocrine systems during puberty and their influence on cognitive functions, emotional stability, motivation, and learning processes. The mechanisms of hormonal effects on memory, attention, behavior, and academic performance are analyzed. The role of neuropedagogical approaches in optimizing the educational process and reducing psychoemotional stress in adolescents is substantiated. The integration of neuroscience, endocrinology, and pedagogy contributes to improving the effectiveness of modern education and preserving adolescent health.
