Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of using artificial intelligence in forming students' information knowledge and skills through case technology. The study analyzes the impact of case-study methodology developed using ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and other AI tools on the educational process. Results indicate that interactive case materials created with AI assistance increase students' critical thinking, information retrieval and processing skills by 34–47%. The article is written according to the international IMRAD structure and provides recommendations for future research.
