The onomastics—study of names and their meanings—in “Farhod and Shirin” provides valuable insights into Navoi’s social, moral, and aesthetic perspectives. This article explores the onomastic elements in “Farhod and Shirin,” examining how character names, place names, and their symbolic meanings enhance the story’s depth and thematic impact.
