The strategy of reforming the banking system of the Republic of Uzbekistan includes the comprehensive transformation of commercial banks with a state share, the introduction of modern banking standards, information technologies and software products, the sale of the package of state shares in banks to investors with the necessary experience and knowledge on a competitive basis, as well as reduction of the state's share in the banking sector by simultaneously reforming the existing commercial banks and enterprises with a state share is defined as the priority directions of the reform of the country's banking system. It is one of the important issues waiting for a solution to improve the efficiency of digital project management in commercial banks.
