In Uzbekistan, martial arts have great potential for the development of mass sports among children and youth, the formation of a healthy lifestyle, their physical education and willpower development, upbringing and self-education, especially among them, the Usmanov Combat Systems (UKS MARDI MAYDON ZANGI “MMJ” – A) sport is gaining popularity. Competitions in the Usmanov Combat Systems (UKS MARDI MAYDON ZANGI “MMJ” – A) sport are held among the following age groups (see Table 1).
