innovative approaches are aimed at bringing the educational process to a qualitatively new level, increasing students' interest and ensuring their personal development. The article presents the main problems encountered in the implementation of pedagogical innovations, ways to overcome them and practical recommendations. it is important to train teachers and improve their qualifications in the process of introducing pedagogical innovations. Teachers need to get acquainted with new methods and technologies, as well as learn to use them effectively.
