Abstract

This article explores the role of literature in fostering moral development and instilling ethical values. Literature, as an art form, offers a unique platform for readers to engage with diverse perspectives, confront ethical dilemmas, and develop empathy. By immersing themselves in the experiences of characters and the moral challenges they face, readers can cultivate critical thinking skills and moral reasoning. The article examines how literature can be employed as an educational tool to nurture ethical awareness and social responsibility, particularly among young readers.
