This article analyzes the application of smart contracts in civil law relations. Smart contracts operate based on blockchain technology and contribute to increasing the efficiency of legal relations through automation. The article examines the advantages of smart contracts, their legal risks, and the possibilities of their application within the framework of civil law. The research results indicate the necessity of improving the legal regulation of smart contracts.
