Abstract

In the modern educational landscape, the development of pedagogical leadership and effective time management skills are essential components of teacher preparation. This article explores how these two interrelated competencies contribute to the professional success and personal growth of future educators. Drawing on theoretical perspectives and empirical research, it examines the characteristics of pedagogical leadership, the principles of effective time use, and how both elements shape classroom culture, student engagement, and teacher efficacy. The study proposes integrative strategies within teacher education programs that foster leadership potential and cultivate disciplined time management, thus equipping future teachers for dynamic and responsive educational environments.
