PROBLEMS OF PERSONALIZATION IN FUTURE TEACHERS

Abstract

This article analyzes the problems encountered in the process of forming the personal educational direction of future teachers. The principles of personalization, its influence on the effectiveness of education, and obstacles to the implementation of an individual approach in pedagogical activity are studied. During the study, the possibilities of using pedagogical technologies, taking into account the individual characteristics of students, as well as modern information and communication tools, were analyzed. The article presents the results of a survey based on the opinions of student-teachers and proposes the main problems in the personalization process and ways to eliminate them.
