Abstract

This article explores the fundamental importance of quality and safety in the tourism industry. It examines how service quality, infrastructure reliability, health measures, and risk management strategies contribute to tourist satisfaction and industry sustainability. The article discusses international standards and certifications, the role of digital technologies in enhancing safety, and the evolving expectations of modern travelers. It concludes that prioritizing quality and safety is not only crucial for consumer trust but also for the long-term competitiveness and resilience of tourism businesses.
