In the context of the globalization processes that have emerged in the global economy, the center of textile production has shifted from Europe and the United States to the developing Southeast, Central Asia and South America. This has led to significant changes in the development of the textile industry over the past 10-15 years. At the same time, over the past two years, that is, in 2021-2022, prices for cotton and hemp yarn on world markets have increased sharply. The result was a dramatic change in the global textile market. In countries that traditionally produce textiles, the demand for cotton and Kalava yarn has increased.
