THE ACTIVITIES OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS AGENCIES THROUGH THE EYES OF CITIZENS

Abstract

This article explores the perception of the activities of internal affairs agencies from the perspective of ordinary citizens. It highlights the importance of mutual trust between law enforcement and the public, analyzing how effective communication, transparency, and psychological services contribute to improving the image and performance of internal affairs agencies. The study is based on public opinion surveys, expert analysis, and real-life examples, emphasizing the need for continuous reforms and professional development within the system.
