This text discusses the advantages and disadvantages of smoking. It highlights the temporary benefits of smoking, such as stress relief, improved concentration, and social interaction. However, it primarily focuses on the harmful effects, including severe health risks like cancer and heart disease, nicotine addiction, and secondhand smoke. The text also mentions the financial cost and social stigma associated with smoking. It concludes by emphasizing that while smoking may provide short-term relief, its long-term negative effects make it a dangerous habit, and quitting is essential for better health.
