In recent years, the concept of leadership has been studied in various fields in Uzbekistan, particularly in education, social psychology, and group management. This article analyzes various approaches to the concept of leadership by Uzbek researchers. Studying the topic allows for a systematic understanding of the views of Uzbek scholars on leadership. The article presents an analysis of the modern concept of leadership from psychological, educational, and social perspectives. It emphasizes the relevance of studying leadership in various branches (psychology, education, politics) by Uzbek researchers.
