This article covers a wide range of the process of forming a team of students, its pedagogical significance, methodological principles and methods of effective organization. Teamwork is an important tool in developing students ' social skills, collaborative culture, sense of responsibility. The article also examines the difficulties in the formation of a team and ways to overcome them.
