
PRINCIPLES OF TARGETED FINANCING OF EDUCATION IN IMPROVING THE COMPETENCE OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN UZBEKISTAN

This article examines the concepts, types and importance of targeted funding in improving the quality of education. Foreign experience and national practice are described. It is shown that targeted funding of education has a positive effect on the quality of education, and suggestions and conclusions are given for improving work in this direction.
