This study examines the crucial role of institutional and organizational-economic factors in ensuring sustainable and effective economic growth. It explores how well-functioning institutions, good governance, regulatory quality, and efficient organizational structures contribute to economic performance. Special attention is given to the impact of institutional reforms, public sector efficiency, and private sector development on long-term growth. The paper also analyzes international experiences and provides policy recommendations for strengthening institutional frameworks to support inclusive and green economic development, with particular relevance to developing and transition economies.
