This article is devoted to the study of the causes of soil fertility decline, its consequences, and ways to solve this problem. The article analyzes the impact of various factors, such as agriculture, industry, and environmental factors, on soil fertility. In addition, recommendations for the preservation and restoration of soil fertility are given.
