Based on the research task, the strategy for developing the economic potential of a construction industry enterprise consists of the following stages: - identification of the strategic goals and objectives of the enterprise; - comprehensive analysis of the current state of the enterprise; - provides an opportunity to develop organizational and practical measures for implementing the strategy.
