PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF PERSONS WHO COMMIT CRIMES

Abstract

This work is aimed at studying the psychological aspects of criminals, including the analysis of personal and social factors that motivate them to commit crimes. Psychological study of criminals makes it possible to identify their behavior, decision-making processes, and specific psychological characteristics. Also, the mental state of criminals, social influences, and their relationship with the environment are analyzed in depth. The results of the study provide an opportunity to prevent criminals, improve the rehabilitation process, and identify their predisposition to crime. The personal problems of criminals, their motivations, and internal conflicts also play a key role in the study. This approach helps to reduce the level of crime and helps law enforcement agencies take preventive measures.
