THE ROLE OF INTERNATIONAL BEST PRACTICES IN PROFESSIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL TRAINING OF FUTURE ENGLISH TEACHERS

Abstract

This article examines the enhancement of professional and methodological preparation of future English teachers based on international standards and foreign best practices. It emphasizes improving teacher competencies by adopting foreign pedagogical methods and technologies, allowing them to meet global requirements. Through examples, the effectiveness of interactive teaching methods, technology-driven approaches, and communicative teaching is analyzed. It also identifies existing problems in the internationalization process of teacher training and proposes solutions.
