LONG-TERM CONSEQUENCES OF CHRONIC CYSTITIS PLEURITIC INFLAMMATORYSYNDROME

Muratova Dilafruz , Samarkand State Medical University, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, 2nd year clinical director

Abstract

Chronic cystitis pleuritic inflammatory syndrome (CCPIS) is a rare and poorly understood condition involving persistent inflammation of both the bladder and pleura. This article explores the long-term consequences of CCPIS, including chronic pain, respiratory complications, urinary system dysfunction, mental health challenges, increased risk of comorbid conditions, and potential for organ damage. Due to its complex and multisystemic nature, CCPIS can significantly reduce quality of life and functional ability over time. The article emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis, comprehensive treatment, and multidisciplinary care to manage the condition effectively and prevent lasting complications.

Keywords

chronic cystitis, pleuritis, inflammatory syndrome, long-term consequences, bladder inflammation, pleural inflammation, urinary dysfunction, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, respiratory complications, interstitial cystitis.
