This article analyzes the legal framework for improving financial support mechanisms for the development of specialized production enterprises operated by people with disabilities, and presents considerations and proposals aimed at ensuring the employment of people with disabilities by creating favorable conditions for the sale of goods and services produced by these enterprises in the conditions of free market relations.
