This article provides a scientific and methodological analysis of the legal and regulatory legal documents adopted in the field of preschool education, their content and essence, and technologies for ensuring their implementation in practice. Scientifically based considerations are given about the state educational standard, program documents, pedagogical methodologies and mechanisms for increasing their effectiveness in the preschool education system.
