Abstract

ART — in a figurative sense, is considered a unique form of social consciousness and human activity, which implies high mastery characteristic of all spheres of activity. It represents an aesthetic system that, through its various forms, accumulates, preserves, and transmits distinctive artistic and aesthetic values, encompassing visual arts, architecture, painting, sculpture, music, theater, cinema, circus, literature, choreography, and other fields. Art is the product of creative activity that reflects a person’s knowledge, experience, skills, and abilities in material and spiritual life. It is extremely broad in scope, and one of the aspects that interests us most is the art of dance.

I can say without exaggeration that I have lived with the art form of choreography for as long as I can remember. Even before I could clearly speak, whenever I heard the sound of music, I instinctively performed dance movements with precision. Perhaps it is no coincidence that my sensitivity to music developed strongly, since my mother worked as a teacher at a music and art school. From early childhood, I grew up surrounded by music and dance.

When I was four years old, my parents took me to the choreography teacher Mislimov Umarali Akhmadovich. Because I was very shy, the teacher welcomed me with sweets in his hands, and during the very first lesson, he spent 20 minutes performing various movements together with me.
