
HEALTHY EATING – THE LONG-TERM HARMS OF FAST FOOD ON THE BODY

This article analyzes the importance of healthy eating for human health and the long-term negative effects of fast food products on the body. Fast food items are often high in calories, fats, sugar, and salt, which can lead to obesity, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and digestive system problems. The article also discusses the widespread consumption of fast food among young people, its impact on their health, and the need to foster a culture of healthy eating. The research findings aim to deepen the understanding of the risks fast food poses to the human body and to promote a healthy lifestyle.
