This article analyzes the role and significance of creative writing exercises in the development of thinking skills in young primary school children. Creative writing helps children improve their ability to express thoughts, imagine, and generate new ideas. The article explores various types of creative writing tasks, their pedagogical importance, and practical application methods. Effective recommendations and techniques for teachers are also provided. The article is intended for specialists in pedagogy, primary school teachers, and education students.
