This article is dedicated to the issues of developing independent learning skills in students. The article reveals the essence, significance, and components of independent learning skills. It also analyzes pedagogical strategies, methods, and technologies aimed at forming independent learning skills in students. The article examines the role of the teacher in developing independent learning skills in students, providing students with tasks for independent study, providing them with resources, and teaching self-assessment.
