| Open Access | THE EXPRESSION OF SUFISM IN NAVOI'S PERSIAN POETRY

This article analyzes the reflection of Sufism in Alisher Navoi’s Persian poetry, his methods of expression, terminology, and the system of artistic imagery. It also examines the essence of his works in comparison with the mystical paths expressed in the Persian works of Hafiz, Sa’di, and Jalal al-din Rumi. On the basis of comporative analysis, Navoi’s Persian divan reveals that his mystical views were directed toward spiritual perfection, divine love, and human moral development. His Iyrical expression of love is interpreted as both earthly and heavenly, symbolizing the path to divine truth and eternity.
