THE ROLE OF PROFESSIONAL COLLEGES AND LYCEUMS IN TRAINING NEXT-GENERATION MANAGERS

Abstract

The article examines the role of vocational colleges and lyceums in preparing a new generation of managers under the conditions of modern socio-economic challenges. The importance of secondary specialized education is emphasized as a key element in the system of lifelong learning, where managerial competencies, leadership qualities, and entrepreneurial thinking are formed. The main advantages and problems of this system are identified. The study suggests solutions such as the introduction of dual training models, digitalization of the educational process, expansion of partnerships with business structures, and updating standards based on international experience.
