This article analyzes the importance of investments in the development of the real sector of the economy and the mechanisms for their effective direction. The sustainable development of the real sector ensures the overall economic growth of the country, therefore, attracting investments to industry, agriculture, construction and other productive sectors is an important task. The article considers methods for improving the investment climate, increasing the activity of the private sector, and financing projects based on public-private partnership. The reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan to invest in the real sector and their results are also analyzed.
