
ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISMS OF THE TRANSPORT SYSTEM INTEGRATED IN THE RAILWAY NETWORK

in the state rassmatrivayutsya organizational-economic mechanisms integrated transport system (ITS) and signaling network. Issledovanie is based on an institutional and transactional analysis, as well as a principal-agent model. The results show that the synchronization of economic incentives and organizational structure, as well as the introduction of digital technology significantly increase the efficiency of the transport system.
