This article is devoted to the study of the role of taking into account the creative potential of students in organizing extracurricular activities in technology lessons. The importance of developing students' creative abilities and using them in the educational process is considered. The article analyzes various methods and approaches to organizing extracurricular activities, taking into account the individual characteristics of each student. Special attention is paid to the practical skills of organizing extracurricular activities in technology lessons that contribute to the development of students' creative potential.
