
REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH AND THE PRINCIPLES OF COUNSELING IN ITS PRESERVATION

This article discusses the concept of reproductive health, modern approaches to its maintenance and strengthening, the importance of counseling services, and their main directions. Reproductive health is one of the key indicators of personal, social, and societal development, and it holds particular significance for young people and individuals of reproductive age. The article highlights how aspects such as planned pregnancy, sexual education, contraception, healthy lifestyle, prevention of early marriage, and prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) should be addressed within the framework of medical counseling. Based on modern evidence, the paper also focuses on effective measures for maintaining reproductive health.
