This article examines innovative methodologies aimed at improving the effectiveness of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The study highlights the importance of communicative, digital, and game-based approaches, emphasizing their role in enhancing learners’ motivation, participation, and linguistic competence. The integration of modern technologies, authentic materials, and cultural context is analyzed as a key factor in achieving better educational outcomes. The paper concludes that the combination of traditional and innovative strategies ensures flexibility, engagement, and higher levels of proficiency in Russian language learning.
